Payment schedule
Payment of 50% of the balance, inclusive of deposit, is due 90 days before the event. The balance is due in full 30 days before the event.

Deposits are fully refundable within 14 days of payment unless the event is within 30 days. For events within 30 days, the deposit is nonrefundable.
Date changes
Changes 180+ days out have no penalty. Changes 179–31 days out carry a $50 fee. A change within 30 days results in loss of deposit.
